Roasted Veggies, Shallots and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients serving 1:
Rocket and Baby chard 100gr
A handful of pinenuts
1 raw shallot
A handful of Mixed grilled vegs red and yellow Peppers, Aubergines and Artichokes hearts (about  100gr)

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salad, Salt and pepper.
